1. Ioannis G. Kouloulias: President and General Director of the Company. He is a textile manufacturer with heavy experience in the sector's activities and has been involved with this sector since 1965. He is one of the founders of the Company.
2. Yeorgios K. Kouloulias: Vice president and Commercial Director. He is a textile manufacture chemistry specialist.
3. Mihail Yannopoulos: Economics Director. He is an economist with heavy experience in various enterprises.
4. Konstantinos Karapetis: Technical Director. He is a textile manufacture chemistry specialist, and has been with the Company since 1978.
5. Konstantinos Vrelis: Director of Mechanical, Electrical Equipment and Maintainance. He is an electrical engineer with prior experience in similar and other businesses.
6. Yeorgios Poulis: Director of planning. He has been involved with productivity planning since 1974, and has been with the Company since 1979.
7. Spyridon Vrakas: , Internal Auditor.
   He is an economist and very experienced in auditing issues.
   
8. Paraskevas Damianidis: Personnel Director. Studied political science and economics. Has been working for the Company since 1979.
9. Yeorgios Prezanis: Sales Director. Studied business management and holds an MBA from Columbia University of New York. Has been involved with this sector since 1975.
10. Dimitra Kouloulia: She is in charge of the department of investor relations. She holds a BA in Greek Language and Literature and is involved with the Company's stock register and announcements since 1988.
